I’ll try to be short, but if you are looking to sell your house (my experience w/ Darcie), you are an idiot if you don’t go with Darcie. I’m assuming the same is true if you are buying a house.
I am really high maintenance. I have no idea how to do anything house related - and I don’t want to. I’m an out of state owner who finally figured out I’m not moving back to PDX anytime soon (which sucks) so I decided to sell. I travel all the time for work - so it’s hard for me to be available and I can never find a freaking fax machine. So basically, I have four strikes against me.
Darcie made the entire experience so damn easy I can’t believe my house sold…after 2 days on the market (with backup offer, natch). She took care of every possible thing, moved things along, nudged me when I needed it and, to steal a line from a prior review, ROCKS.
I have no idea how I would have done this without the babysitting of Darcie. Also, she’s exceptionally honest and fights for you. I’m sure there are plenty of people out there that are great, but Darcie made my experience perfect - and selling a house is crazy and a bit emotional. And it is scary.
